Guest guest
let me know when the ADA vs. LowCarb argument dies down; in the meantime I'll just hit the delete key some more... --KW
Guest guest
I have read things and > know things about my own body that tell me low carbs > would NOT be a good choice for me. There is not an arguement that you with all of your other health problems cannot do the low carbohydrate diet, . Why do you keep saying this as if someone were saying YOU should be doing it? In my messages, did I not say that those with other health problems are unable to do this? That it is the good choice for those who are relatively healthy? Twisting what is said into a personal attack is what makes discussion into flame wars. > FROM: Ada ************ Guess it could be worse! _______________________________________________________ Send a cool gift with your E-Card http://www.bluemountain.com/giftcenter/

It gets old. Guest guest
> I agree...I actually stopped posting about low carb unless it relates to my > son...I think people know about low carb and will use it if they want to. I wish that were true, but unfortunately a lot of people know very little about low carb, except for the lies they see in the newspapers, and other published sources that will apparently say anything to make their low fat way look like the best way. How many people are frightened about low carb because they've heard the low fat contigency scream that it will destroy their kidneys? Or that it is a NO carb diet and bad because it leaves out an entire food group? All untrue. But they don't know and will never know if those of us who have seen it work don't stand up for it. THIS IS MY LIST AND I CARE FOR IT AND THE PEOPLE ON IT. In my messages, did I not say that those with other health problems are unable to do this? THIS SENTENCE USES TWO NEGATIVES WHICH RULE EACH OTHER OUT. That it is the good choice for those who are relatively healthy. IT IS ONE POSSIBLE CHOICE Twisting what is said into a personal attack is what makes discussion into flame wars. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS SAYING THIS, I SPEAK FOR THE LIST COLLECTIVELY WHEN I WRITE. > FROM: Ada > ************ > Guess it could be worse! > > > > > > _______________________________________________________ > Send a cool gift with your E-Card > http://www.bluemountain.com/giftcenter/ > > > >

Guest guest
Dear Ada, Since you wish to be argumentative and disrespectful I wish you good luck in finding another list. Or perhaps you could start you own. You are no longer welcome on this list! __________________________________________________
