What's it called? Is there a Yahoo Group for it? Perhaps, a group that is more experienced in the this type of nutrition would better suit your needs. This list promotes nutrition for newbies as outlined in the Body for Life book. Andy > I don't eat 100-200 calorie for all my meals. I like a good size morning meal to get me going in the morning. I eat alot because I am hungry. Your morning meal should be a big one not a small one because you will be hungry all day. I don't always have 200 calories of peanut butter sometimes just 100 or less but that is usually for breakfest when it should be a big meal. 300-400 calories. do you people get hungry during the day??? you don't seem like you eat enough.
