Many times people do not realize that "SAD" might be contributing to their depression or anxiety (in addition to 4S), so this is a good idea to throw out there as something to consider. My psychiatrist recommended the "Go Light." I've been using it for the past month, and it hasn't reduced my 4s symptoms specifically, but it has decreased my overall anxiety/depression which has made everything in my life more tolerable.Just a thought.DorothySent from my iPhone
Guest guest
I have owned a Sunbox for many years, which does help when I start feeling light-deprived during the winter. Its good to do some homework before buying a light box for safety consideration. Several safety components should be incorporated into any light therapy device you use. These are (1) the absence of UV wavelengths, (2) a proper diffusing screen, and (3) UL listing. I agree anything to help reduce anxiety and depression will make it easier to live with 4s.
