And basically if it's above the neck to go ahead and workout, but below the neck to not workout? Or my own mantra: workout if I feel like it, don't if I don't. Wow, had a deep (painful) chest cough this weekend...no workout for me. Got it on Friday, worked out friday afternoon and had NO energy. Stayed home Sat and Sun (worked in the basement). No way I'll be exercising tomorrow...we'll see what Tuesday brings. Popping some Vitamin C and going to bed.
