Guest guest
Hey stranger, I was just asking about you last week. Way to go on your exercising still, that's wonderful. Sorry to hear that you are having marital problems though.. Hang in there, hopefully the counseling will benefit you and all will be fine soon (I'm sure it will). Stop in more often! Guest guest
Janick, you look great plus I like the way you have all your weights organized. I thought I was weight conscious since three weeks ago finding Joyce Vedral and now doing eight pounders but you really inspire me. Congrats and good luck on the marathon. I thought I was weight conscious since three weeks ago finding Joyce Vedral and now doing eight pounders but you really inspire me. Congrats and good luck on the marathon. I'm a Joyce Vedral fan as well!! Although her workouts are really expensive, I have bought a few. She's a nice change of pace from Cathe. Some people don't like her, and find her abrasive, but I think she's quite charming in a dorky kind of way BTW, with Joyce, I can't lift quite as heavy as with Cathe, because I find she goes fast, and I can't maintain proper form. Generally, I work with 10, 12 and 15 pounders (but sometimes less). I can't do Firms that much anymore, because I need to go to 20 or 25 pounds for the leg press segments, and it hurts my shoulders, that's why I have gravitated towards Joyce. Thanx for calling me an inspiration!!

Guest guest
Hey, I was deprived up until three weeks ago about Joyce Vedral. She is wonderful. I love following her NONSTOP and now because of the swap trade I have another. Easy to follow. Check out http://joycevedral.com - she has been around a while and I never heard of her but I am hooked now.
