Guest guest
Hi , Like you, I think the BFL program is fantastic. I did my first challenge Oct 2001, and absolutely loved how I felt and looked following two more challenges. I started running in March 2004 as a challenge I put to myself. I wanted to break through my limited belief that I couldn't run. I followed a program called " from Couch Potato to 5K " (that was in Muscle Media Magazine) which stretched over 5 weeks. Then a good friend of mine became diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease phase 4 and I joined Teams in Training to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society by running a half marathon in her honor. Teams in Training provided the training. I ran the half marathon September 2004. I loved it, so now running is my main focus in my fitness program, while I also use so much of what I learned in BFL. It works very well together for me and the goals I currently have for myself. Thanks for asking! Kelley Run2Liv
