Well, two more workouts and Bert and I will be completing week 4. It is very

exciting.

Had chemo on Tuesday and slept through it thanks to my aerobics in the a.m.

My size 14 pants are too big. YIPPEE!!! The only problem is I don't have any

pants in size 12...my next size is a 10. Oh well, I am planning on wearing

the 14's till I can get into the 10s.

I am doing HORRIBLY on the nutrition side of this thing. I just am not planning

my meals. I feel like I just can't do it right. So I am paralized from

planning a menu. Hence I am snacking on stuff which is not good for me.

Salerno mint cookies...very yummy...but it is not my day off and they are full

of horrible crap...yet I crave them!!!!

I am also stumbling with planning Bert's meals. He is in a tractor all day and

I have to bring him stuff out...but he hates veggies and blah, blah, blah...

I really liked the virtual model. very cool.

Ok, That's all folks

Yay on your too big clothes! For the nutrition, what are some things

that you like? Buy some fruit and eat it with cottage cheese. Fruit

is great for satifying the sweet craving. I've been using it instead

of yogurt for at least a month. I got tired of yogurt and needed a

change so I am trying different fruits with cottage cheese.

Is there any veggies that Bert likes? Perhaps, you could mix them

with some meat. I like the veggie stir fry which there are many

different combination of vegetables you can get. We mix it with

chicken breast cut up or shrimp, and brown rice. We tried it with

fat-free Italian dressing and chicken breasts a few days ago and it

was yummy.

I read an article in the paper yesterday about exercise for cancer

patients if you are interested:
