Guest guest Posted December 14, 2003 Report Share Posted December 14, 2003 Pumpkin Spice Muffins 2 Cups original bisquick 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup vegtable oil 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice (I usually just use cinnamon and nutmeg) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 egg 1/2 cup raisins 1. Heat oven to 400. Grease bottom of muffin pan or place paper cups in regular size muffin pan. 2. Stir all ingredients except raisins just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Fill muffins 3/4 full. 3. Bake 15-20 min until ggolden brown. Immedieately remove from pan. ~ " We all take different paths in life, but no matter where we go, we take a little of each other everywhere. Everyone has enjoyed the sweet potato soufflé. I just got finished making the apricot bread. I am giving that away as gifts.
