Pumpkin Spice Muffins

2 Cups original bisquick

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup vegtable oil

1 tablespoon pumpkin spice (I usually just use cinnamon and nutmeg)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 egg

1/2 cup raisins

1. Heat oven to 400.

Grease bottom of muffin pan or place paper cups in regular size muffin pan.

2. Stir all ingredients except raisins just until moistened.

Stir in raisins.

Fill muffins 3/4 full.

3. Bake 15-20 min until ggolden brown.

Immedieately remove from pan.

Jan,

I wanted to thank you for all the nice recipes. I love to cook and have

tried a number of them. Everyone has enjoyed the sweet

potato soufflé. I just got finished making the apricot bread. I am giving that

away as gifts.
