Guest guest
Question for those of you mixing protein powder with your oatmeal... How do you keep the protein powder from lumping up??? I have a great protein powder that normally dissolves completely and easily... until I try mixing it with oatmeal. No matter when in the process I add it, I end up with powdery lumps. What am I doing wrong?? -- > Power oatmeal is the next best choice (1/2 cp cooked oatmeal, 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition chocolate flavored protein powder). > > Kelley
Guest guest
That's so weird Kelley, because I'm using Optimum Nutrition brand too. Maybe I just got a weird batch of it or something. Guest guest
That could be the case. I never have a problem mixing the Optimum into oatmeal, but I have had inconsistencies from one container to the next with how it mixes in plain water. I prefer using EAS brand if I am mixing with just water. Andy > That's so weird Kelley, because I'm using Optimum Nutrition brand > too. Guest guest
We had a high of 70 degrees yesterday in Columbia. Back to reality today with temps in the 30s.
