Guest guest
Hi : For breakfast, I mostly eat oatmeal with eggs in it with honey, and a banana. For lunch or dinner, Filipino food which is mostly white rice with either fish, beef or pork with vegetables. Sometimes rotiserie chicken from Sam's Club or Mandarin chicken salad from 's. My husband sometimes cooks dumplings or pickled vegetable noodle with ground pork. I try to eat at least a banana a day (because of its trytophan and other nutrients). On the file, white rice is not recommended. That's hard for me to change because that's our staple food. I eat rice with everything almost every meal. I do not have the energy to cook, that's why we're staying here mostly at my sister's since my parents and my siblings takes care of the cooking. They also help me with my 3 kids. I just feel so bad for my family that they are now working extra hard to pull everything together. They get so stressed out taking care of me and my kids, not that they are complaining or anything. They're actually very supportive. I just feel so guilty. , tell me I'm going to sleep sometime? My primary care doc said one time, that somehow I will fall asleep when the body gets too tired because that's the way it is designed, and not to worry. , my eyes are not as blurry today compared to yesterday. But it still blurry. It goes on and off. It's good to know that this too will go away.
