Terri,

I liked the taste, but Betsi (my wife) didn't. We did have the

Grilled Fish Soft Taco tonight though, and we both loved it. A

surprise to me, as it sounded to wierd.

>> Everyone but Terri must be at the gym ;oP

Hey! I worked out today! But you're right: I wasn't at the gym--I work out

at home.

I have a new favorite breakfast recipe. Thought I'd write it as a response

to your whining about your baby-poo this morning ;)

4c water

1c STEEL CUT oats

1/3 c dried cranberries

1/3 c dried apples (pick whichever dried fruit you desire)

Combine in a crockpot at bedtime and cook on the lowest setting overnight.

It will be perfectly cooked in the morning. It's really nice to wake up to

an already cooked breakfast!

THEN combine:

1 portion cooked crockpot oats

1 portion cottage cheese

mix in a packet of sweetener (I use stevia)

drizzle w sugar free maple syrup ( I use a little real maple syrup mixed

with flax oil)

This is soooo yummy. The leftovers reheat pretty good too. I just had some

for my post workout meal.

Enjoy!

Terri
