Question for those of you mixing protein powder with your oatmeal...

How do you keep the protein powder from lumping up???

Hi ,

I just cook the oatmeal, measure 1/2 cp into a bowl, dump a scoop of protein

powder on top and stir until thoroughly mixed. I don't get lumps. My brand

is Optimum Nutrition.

Well, I just make my oatmeal a little on the watery side and I make sure

to stir the protein right when I dump it in. I think the biggest thing is

making sure you have enough liquid in the oatmeal to mix with the powder.
