The gremlins in the system wont allow me to edit my profile today - will give it a bash again Just signed up to this group - its my second go at the program. A knee injury in September brought my first (6 weeks) progressive attempt to an abrupt halt & off course chocolates has been good for the depression. I am starting anew, tomorrow 1st Feb 2006 with my " refreshed " chocolate addiction in tow. My knee has medically been cleared for exercise however its still sensitive & quite stiff, so i guess its going to be baby steps for the lower body exercises - but if i dont start its all the way downhill If anyone has any tips around slow going lower body exercise, pls share berma Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
