Guest guest
Kelley, When I do the cable wide down pull, I cant do as much weight either. It's amazing the difference doing that exercise does. Just give it time, you will start building up the weights again. Nora In a message dated 3/9/2004 10:59:27 PM Eastern Standard Time, KelleyBFL@... writes: Good Evening, Today was UBW. I am feeling a bit dissappointed. I keep hoping I will be moving up in weights and just haven't found the strength yet. I have been hitting lots of 10s and even been unable to get that last rep in on some. I am beginning to wonder f I am losing some upper body strength. Of course, changing exercises makes it a little harder to know exactly what is happening...especially changing to incline curls, flys, and presses which I know will require a drop back in weight sizes used. But what really has me thrown is being unable to handle the Tricept Cable Pulls that I could do a few weeks ago. I am wondering if that might be caused by switching to the wide grip Cable pull downs for back that was a fairly recent change and if that is also working y tri's

Guest guest
I agree that the decrease in weights is probably due to your new exercises. Give it a few weeks and eventually it will go up. I seemed to be stuck on my bench press forever and then the weight went up up 2 workouts in a row. Also, sometimes the amount you do on the preceding exercise has an effect what you can do on the next. Andy > Good Evening, > > Today was UBW. I am feeling a bit dissappointed.
