When I do the cable wide down pull, I cant do as much weight either. It's

amazing the difference doing that exercise does.

Just give it time, you will start building up the weights again.

I agree that the decrease in weights is probably due to your new

exercises. Give it a few weeks and eventually it will go up. I

seemed to be stuck on my bench press forever and then the weight went

up up 2 workouts in a row.

Also, sometimes the amount you do on the preceding exercise has an

effect what you can do on the next.
