Do you think carrying a liability insurance makes doctors more vulnerable to law suits? ( because which lawyer would want to waste his time going after a doctor with no assets, no money, no liability insurance?)..with the way these liability insurance companies are increasing their premiums every year, and with the lower reimbursements from health insurance companies. I see a time in the future doctors will be like " you know what. forget it. I am not getting a liability insurance.
