Guest guest
Wow, Melinda.wow .. wow ...wow!!!! One year, with that kind of results! Grand, fantastic, and outstanding!! I failed to take my measurements before I started, so I cannot pinpoint the actual number of inches I lost. I think I may have been in denial. LOL!!!!! The last time I remember measuring my hips some years before I started Tae Bo-and I was not at my largest size--my hips were a 46. After 8 months of Tae Bo, they are now 42. My waist was 39; it is now 33 1/2. My bra size was a 38 triple D; it is now a 34 triple D. If my bra size gets any smaller, I hope its in the cup size. Because at this rate, soon I will not be able to find a bra that can fit me. They do not sell 32 triple D's in the local department stores! (LOL!!!!) So things are changing for me. I hope I can reach my new goal of being a size 8/10 by my Tae Bo anniversary, June 1st. Currently, I am at a size 10/12. Boy I am excited!!! Guest guest
Carolyn, I am like you in working out. can wear me out with that floor work. I bought his contact tape and I have to say, at my own pace, this is really good. I can only handle 's tapes 30 minute intervals. No advanced here. But I am consistent in my workouts.
