See my most recent problem sent to another lis: " I actually had bought a " low carb " pizza crust from life services and tried it the other day. I was at 96 (12:30 pm) when I ate it. It was new for me so I was going to test at 1 hr but at 55 mins my feet were numb and tingling! So I tested and I was at 211!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not had a jump like that in months and haven't been that high in months. Anyway I jumped on the treadmill and did a mile and 1/2 and was back down to 133 by 2:30 pm. Needless to say the pizza crust is off my menu. By 6:30 I was to 89 thank goodness. " " E diet & exercise hbA1c 2/16/01= 11.7 hbA1c 6/26/01= 5.0 --------- You are not going to lose me. I enjoy this group. I know what works for me, but I do not know what will work for anyone else, therefore, I don't tell other people what to do or what to eat. I may make suggestions. I do encourage everyone that can to exercise as much as possible. I would encourage anyone that needs to lose weight to do so. I will not criticize anyone for what they do.
