Hi:

I have lightheadedness also. Sometimes when I drive on the expressway,

especially at night, and go around a curve I feel like I am floating. I have

to be really careful and avoid those situations. I have always attributed it

to my fluid retention. I have a real problem with pitting edema and take a

water pill daily. I am really hoping when I go to the liver doctor on Jan

14th for the first time that he doesn't take me off of it because it causes

big problems for me when I don't take it.

My ears get all stuffed, I get dizzy, bad headaches, my fingers look like

sausages.

<< Judy,

as you know, I've had a problem with pitting edema in the past. By

limiting my sodium intake (yuck!), most all of the fluid retention has gone

away.

Love,

I really do try to do that and just found out that my husband has had that

33% salt sense in our salt shaker for over two years without me even knowing

it. lol I have had the fluid for over 6 years and think it also may be

associated with my estrogen use, but who knows. Hope your back feeling 100%

soon.

Take care
