Guest guest
Thanks so much Peg! Trust me, I'm no angel. I just take a lot of drugs that dull the pain:-). I have my own rollercoaster to contend with and fortunately (or maybe it's unfortunately...I really don't know any more) I'm too tired most of the time to even bother getting upset. My house is so chaotic all the time that I wouldn't know what to do if we actually had a good day. My husband bought me a bag of Hershey's kisses all wrapped in the Xmas gold, green and red wrappers. Bless his heart. I left three of them in the pocket of my favorite coat today, hanging on the hook where it should be hung, and when I returned from errands, my German Shepherd had eaten through the material to get at them. There's a 7 inch tear above the pocket, 4 inch tear below the pocket, and the pocket itself , for the most part, is missing completely. The funny part of it is, he didn't even like the darn kisses! He ate two of them, spit one back out and left the third one sitting there on the floor unharmed. (No, I didn't eat it!) If it's not the kids, it's the dogs. I just keep on trusting that God knows what he's doing as he sends me along this path that most people call a " life " . I'm doing the best that I can and I'm operating from my heart. What more can I do. And you know, you have a heart of gold, yourself. You are always understanding, sympathetic and trying to take it all in. There's a lot to learn about this PSC stuff and you never give up. Phil is very lucky to have you at his side. And thanks for being such a good friend! Guest guest
> Not so. Our doctors have told us that people die > from the infections. We all know this Peg. Penny asked what points could be made to UNOS. So I was answering that question. As stated before UNOS is not concerned with infections, UNOS thinks they can be dealt with. The point is that in order to fight with UNOS about giving us extra points we have to fight in areas where we MIGHT be able to win. UNOS will not consider infections - knowing that we have to move on. I know where you are coming from...but we have to fight on their battle fields. Guest guest
I agree with Barb. And thanks, Barb, for your continued interest and action in this area. , who almost died from one of those nasty infections, and UNOS wouldn't up my status. " T.J. Henshaw " wrote: > > Not so.
