Dwight,

Phil's doctors won't let him take advil or aspirin maybe that's more because of

the UC. You can take straight benydrl at night to help you sleep, that's

basically what tylenol PM is without the tylenol. Remember that Asprin and

Advil can upset the stomach and if you get to a point of stomach problems and

bleed etc. you might think twice about taking them. Phil takes some kind of RX

(can't remember what) for pain.

Have you tried the new ellis sparkling apple/grape or cranberry juice?

It's great, it gives you the fizz at least course not the buzz.

As far as your doctor, the knowledge of the disease can be learned, compassion

has to be a personality trait so I think finding a doctor who is compassionate

is the most important and if he is he'll work at the learning. My 2 cents.
