I would like to hear managers who work in academic medical centers who have

an aquatics program as part of their outpatient continuum of care. I oversee

6 outpatient therapy sites and the aquatics program is an important part of

our continuum of care. From a financial perspective, however, the program

struggles due to heavy competition from private practitioners in the

community and because the patient caseload has a high cancel rate with poor

reimbursement because medicare is the primary reimburser. Please email or
