I used to be one to say that pain is good, but when I feel it in my

knees or somewhere where I've had trouble before, I don't like it and

do as you do, stay away from what is causing it. Good call there on

switching exercises!!

Way to go on the legpress!!!whoohooo:))

On the downside, I began lunges and had that
