Guest guest
Woohoo!!! *high fives all around* Good for you Andy! You must be very proud of yourself. I remember each time you beat your own record in the 5K... it's so exciting to see those numbers continue to improve! Jen B. > Thanks! Guest guest
Thanks Dan and Jen! I've always been concerned with how BFL would effect my running times since I am running less than I used to run. I've seen nothing but improvement over the past 3 years. I have also been concerned that I wouldn't run as fast at 170 lbs (now) as I did at 158 lbs (my lowest weight since I started BFL). More muscle and becoming stronger seems to give me an edge I didn't used to have. Andy > Woohoo!!! *high fives all around* Good for you Andy! You must be > very proud of yourself.
