Guest guest Posted January 1, 2001 Report Share Posted January 1, 2001 A lot of your symptoms sound very familiar. The pain radiating to the back, the chills- all these are familiar to me. My first ultrasound came back normal and my liver biopsy was inconclusive. I had two ERCP and my doctors were unable to give me a definite diagnosis from them. It was from an MRI that they were able to tell that I had PSC. I had no problems with the ERCP but a lot of others here have - guess there is no way of telling beforehand. Welcome to our group. You will find that they are very caring and knowledgeable. I am sure you will get a lot of replies concerning ERCP's and others didn't have the easy time I did.
