Newbie to board

Hi Everybody! I am new to this board but not BFL. i had read the book

a couple of years ago and attempted a few challenges but never made it

past the first couple of weeks. I started again this Feb and am now

1/2 way thru challenge 2. My first challenge I didn't see too much

weight lost only 7 lbs but I did lose a considerable amount of inches.

Lately I have been staying faithful to my workout routine but continue

slipping in the eating area. I am hoping that thru the support of this

board I can get my butt back on track. Looking forward to getting to

know everyone!!
