Thought, I'd check in because I'm in week seven and I'm feeling pretty good.

We just booked a vacation in April so now I really have a solid deadline in

order to reach my goals. It's going to be interesting to me to see how I

look after 12 weeks this time around vs. my first challenge 5 years ago.

I have been working my butt off. (Warning: this is not a BFL workout,

although I do still do the HIIT for cardio).

I'm lifting 4 days a week alternating between legs/chest/biceps and

back/shoulders/triceps. Also, I've been doing cardio 6 days a week. My

workouts take about 1hr and 15 minutes each day. My bodyfat has gone from

22.2% to 18.2%(by my own calculations) since January 1. I've gone down 2

sizes (sometimes 3) and lost 6 lbs on the scale. Several people have told

me that if they had to guess I look like I've lost 15 lbs. I still have

another 1 to 2 sizes to go, and if I go by what I weighed before I got

pregnant, 12 more lbs. I might need to refigure there though because I

think I have more muscle than I've ever had before. I know I'd like my

bodyfat to be at 15% and I haven't had time to calculate what my weight

would be then. Anyway, I will post progress pics at the end of week 8.

I'm here every day and I read all the posts and they really keep me going.

I am very thankful for my 5 years in this group and for all this inspiration

that I find here. This month is our 5 year anniversary, Andy!
