Thanks for replying to my post. I think I better go ahead and get the

ERCP done. I will also make sure they put me on an antibiotic(Cipro).

The hepatolagist who will do the proceadure is here in my home town

(Modesto, California). He does a lot of liver biopsies,

sphincterotomies, endoscopies, and colonoscopies every week. My liver

biopsy went very well with him. They gave me a shot of Demerol

afterwards. So I was in no pain. Iam being looked after by the Hep/GI

team at the Palo Alto VA/Stanford University as well.
