Hello my name is Jay. Tommorow I will start on Body for Life. I have

read the book, talked wiyj my doctors, found a gym, and set my goals.

Here is my menu for tommorow:

NOTE: I am hypoglycemia so my protein portions are larger and in one

meal i decrease carbs.

1) Myoplex

2) Chicken Breast, brown rice, Brocolli

3) Wheat Burrito Shell, ground Turkey, Salad with low fat dresing

4) Myoplex

5) cottage Cheese, apple

6) Myoplex Carb Control

Water at every meal
