I did soundproofing and double drywall doesn't help. Music such as Pandora with inexpensive speakers in the exam room or ipod works too. I would be surprised if there is a clause in your lease allowing them to move you due to "loud talkers" Ellsworth,MD

We have a similar problem. We moved the radio to hall of the exam rooms instead of the waiting room to muffle sound transmission. We also hung fiber art on the walls instead of pictures because it absorbs more sound. We have an artistic quilt hanging in 1 room. You might have to change your ceiling tiles to something more sound proof if you can or layer insulation above the tiles. Find a great lawyer and counter sue her ass off for harressment, undo stress, unfair treatment, and breach of contract. Make the moron back down and crawl back under the rock she crawled out from underneith... Clearly she has some other motive be it getting rid of you for a sale or new higher pay lease, is hoping to scare you enough to make you buy from her at her over depressed market value... Something, stop looking straight ahead and start thinking real reasons. Nasty messed up people rarely tell you the truth even as they swear it is... It is part of the nature of denial and projection, manipulation, even direct lies to get their own real needs met.... Stop, think look, you shall find....

Call her bluff and tell her you'll have her arrested if she comes anywhere near your office space without real cause of basically an emergency repair. The reason you have a lease is to protect you from just such flipant changes of heart and ill intent. It is a contract that both parties must live by.... Good Luck
