Penny and ...Thanks for your messages re my elevated enzymes. Well it

seems that the tumor marker test and hep. tests came back negative but my

liver enzymes are still climbing. I go to the doctor again on Tuesday. I

know that are going to want to schedule another ERCP to see if there is a

blockage. But wouldn't I have nausea and pain if there was a blockage. My

last ERCP I woke up during and vomitted green stuff afterwards and I had to

spend the night. I think they are going to want to watch me again. Does

anyone else have to stay in the hospital overnight? The only other change

has been that my prednisone was decreased from 15 to 10 mg a day for my UC.

Did any one on prednisone have an increase in enzymes and bilirubin following

a decrease in mg?

Dawn...i live in South jersey. outside of PHilly. I can't make the meeting

on the 13th because i will be out of town

Thanks,

Michele

P.S> I'm praying for Quantell and Jacquelyn

Phil has always had a fever when he had cholangitis. When he had his one and

only ERCP he ended up in the hospital for 10 days. His LFTs were high before

and

during that stay but it was accompanied by pain and fever.
