Guest guest
hi lisa!!! well, if you are planning on exercising in the morning, how about wearing your workout clothes to bed? at least get your workout gear all laid out so that it is all ready for you to put on before your workout. also, the night before, get the workout that you want to do in the vcr/dvd player and have it all cued up, ready to go. and get your exercise space all cleared out and ready for kickin' also have your water bottled filled and chilled. perhaps you might want to even have a morning breakfast or snack all ready for when you wake up so that you are fueled for exercise. another thing that helps is to tell everyone, here and at home, that you are going to be working out so that everyone can help you to succeed. another interesting motivational technique is to take pictures of yourself. how about hanging an outfit or shorts or bathing suit that you want to fit into out where you can see it? oh! and dont forget the power that a new outfit, or shoes, or sweatbands, or water bottle or tae-bo tapes/dvd has! even a different location in the house to workout in can make everything seem new and interesting. we know that the hardest part of exercise is to get started.... but once you do, billy will take it from there. you will feel so good, even after only one session, that you will want to keep going. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada RE: > I've done Tae Bo few years ago but only for a few months. > It really worked and I lost fat...was very happy. > But then, I got very lazy.
