As a runner, I try to avoid to hard cardio workouts in a row. The other days you run at a slower pace and are called recovery days. Pyramiding your sprints is a good way to change your cardio and will also make you a faster runner. Intervals in general will make you faster. Andy > Hi guys. Wow I've felt so much better as of late.
