Guest guest
I sent this and it didn't show up in my inbox, so am resending it. If you get it twice, sorry. Z. cardio Arghhhhhhh........I loaded a whole pick-up load of wood this morning. Does that count as cardio?? We ain't talkin' fireplace wood either, folks. Over half was chunks that weighed 20-30 pounds. I also helped unload it when we got it home. Whew! I worked up a sweat. We have one of those outside wood burning furnaces, and access to a couple of timbers to cut the wood, so.......we heat with wood. Lots cheaper than that $1.50 a gallon fuel oil. I thought it was good cardio, at any rate. I haven't posted my meals for awhile, so will do that once again. This is today's. Meal 1 My usual oatmeal with protein powder Meal 2 I container of Blue Bunny carb freedom yogurt with a little oat bran and wheat germ mixed in. Meal 3 1/2 can green beans 6 ounce portion of lean roast beef Meal 4 Same as #2 Meal 5 Probably the same as #3 Tonight will be an ab workout, this morning I did 20 minutes on the elliptical. , you will get your picture, but am going to wait and see if the ones we will get taken next Sat. at the competition will be better than the one from last May. Guest guest
, I'm thinking a combo upper body AND cardio, but, for it to count as the HIIT cardio, you had to vary the intensity of your loading and unloading. Of course, this means you would have needed to either increase the number of logs or increase speed of loading and unloading. In either case, you would have had it done faster and be even more tired now. I think wood heat is a great idea. Being from counties that surround Carbon County, PA, the coal mining capital of the USA, I personally hope ( & believe) we will see a return to coal as a source, someday soon. And , if it will make you feel even better about your work effort, my locked in pre-buy price of fuel oil this season was $2.249 per gallon and my propane pre-buy was $1.90 per gallon, so your effort was worth even more, financially, than you think.
