I've been told that I can't donate because I am on prednisone and Actigall.

I've been meaning to ask my doctor about this... Has anyone been

told they SHOULDN'T donate whole blood [or plasma] for that matter?

Yes, I asked about it specifically, and they said I couldn't because my

liver function is off. I guess they are worried that if you have poor

liver function it could be due to hepatitis or some other infectious

disease.

Yes, I asked about it specifically, and they said I couldn't because my
