I started on 1/27 and have only lost 2 lbs on the scale but 4% bodyfat from weeks 2-4. I'm still plugging along. I belong to two great women's groups called bodyforlifewomensclub2 and Get Fit with BodyForLife. Both are women only and are fantastic, very very active. Keep sharing your progress!
