Guest guest
I want to leave nothing on the table with this Challenge. If it doesn't work it won't be because I didn't do all I could. I also know that an extreme of any one compotent in this CHallenge will in the end sabatoge my hard work. I have been reading that cardio up to 60 min a day is acceptable and shouldn't result in burning muscle. I have been doing a 20 min cardio workout (3x weekly) and walking my Aussie BlueBelle for 30 min (daily). I want to up my cardio to 6 days a week, staying with the 20 min session. I weight train as per Bill 3 days a week. I take full advantage of my free day without going crazy and only walk the dog. My eating has been perfect in that I eat only from the approved list 6 days a week and most days get all 6 meals in. I keep each meal balanced with a carb and protein. I have alot of fat to lose. Here is where you all may wanna kick my behind (just keep in mind, I am not hungry at all and very satisfied with my eating)..........I have been counting calories, carbs, and proteins. I stay at about 1300 calories a day/ 120 ish grams of carbs/ 120 ish grams of protein. If I eat less overall calories I do get hungry and have a hard time so this number seems comfortable to me. My question is ...... Does this amount of calories seem reasonable, way too low, or if I can tolerate it could I even decrease that number? Is there some kind of guideline that can be followed to know the minimum amout of calories needed based on your activity? And finally......Do you agree that what I want to do with my cardio will go a long way to help me meet my fat loss goal? I am looking at needing to lose about 30 pounds for this Challenge.
