Guest guest
Somewhat veering from the previous thread, I've never had a BFL work out buddy. Whenever I've worked out with someone else, they had an entirely different workout regimen than I had. If you are a couple working out together on BFL, I envy you. Then when I tried personal trainers, even those who knew about BFL would want to do THEIR routine which they thought would be best for my needs, (or for their ego). So for me, although I live in a big metro area, it is hard to connect with other BFLers (although I do know of one online group and meetups). Either you are into BFL but don't work out at my gym or you're into non-BFL and do. BFL is a lonely affair but the bright side is folks like yourselves who create a sense of community ... (Ironically, I'm not doing BFL now but another program. The nutrition is almost identical, but the exercise regimen is quite different. When this program ends, I hope to join a new gym that has classes as a cardio alternative, and do BFL again.) Jeff
