How is everyone today? I am feeling pretty good. I got up at O dark-

thirty and completed my cardio training and downed a Myoplex Lite shake

before heading off to work. I love the idea of getting my training over

first thing in the morning. There is nothing better than getting the

old blood pumping with a run for your life workout.

Last night my wife whipped up the Taco Pasta Salad from the Eating for

Life recipe book. It was great and me wife was able to get it done in

about 20 minutes. It is going to be one of those dishes that I plan on

partaking in on a regular basis. My brother liked it too and plans to

buy the recipe book too. The recipes are so easy to follow and make

that I think he will even be able to prepare them (sorry bro).
