Guest guest
I'd like to suggest that we return to the OT protocol for messages that are not BFL " by the book. " This list is about following the Body for LIFE method and approach to body transformation, and is a support group to those following the plan. So, to help make the discussion less confusing, especially to newcomers, let's return to the habit of using OT. If the subject is " by the book " , ie, 6 meals, portion size, exercise suggestions, UBW, LBW, planning, supplements, intensity and effort levels, etc, then just post as usual. If it's about 's ho shoes, Andy's running or my non-BFL workouts, (and I'm the worst offender) then we ought to put a simple " OT " in front of the subject. I think these discussions are related to " for LIFE " , and are important to our continued success as we progress in our programs. I'd like those OT discussions to continue to be a fun and interesting part of this list, I just want to make sure we stay true to the main intent of the list. Best regards, The Moderators (Sara, Andy & Brett...and Jen when she rejoins us)

Guest guest
In case anyone missed Brett's message from the moderators, I'm reposting it. Also, please remember to sign your posts. The moderators reserve the right to delete any messages that aren't signed and to delete any off-topic messages that are not flagged OT in the subject. I realize we all forget from time to time, but please make an effort to remember if you can!
