Guest guest Posted February 22, 2006 Report Share Posted February 22, 2006 Hey there gang, I've mentioned my horrible pitting edema on my legs on many occasions and have also mentioned it has been gone for some time. I'm talking about being able to press your fingers into the front or side of the calves and having indents left up to the first knuckle on your fingers. Anyhow, on Monday, my 12 year old son and his friend were watching TV and I stopped to chat for a moment in my workout shorts. My son's friend said... " WOW! " as he was referring to my calf muscles. Now, any time I get a wow, from my wife, kids, or others, I need to take and post a picture of it. Actually only received 2 in the 2.5 years of my new lifestyle, but, it sounds better this way. I did post a couple of pics of my left and right leg. I just wish I could have a detailed photo of the horrible pitting edema to contrast for these pictures. The lower leg is pretty solid, whether flexed or not, but the thigh still has a layer or two of fat that I still need to get out of there. I want those quads popping like others want the visible six pack. Maybe mine will suddenly all come at once. Eventually, I'll get to my target condition, even if I have to post pics of my body parts one at a time.
