Guest guest
Dear Tim, Well, we ended up back in the hospital this morning. I woke up with neon green drainage coming from my wound site and then a lot of blood. I was instructed to go to the tx floor and have the doc on call take a look at me. He pushed really really hard and forced a lot of blood out of there...talk about pain. Well, tonight, even with 15mg of Lortab and my blood pressure meds, I am in very severe pain in that area. My question for today!!haha is can pain be the determining factor as to whether it needs reopening or not? The site is swollen and warm to the touch, but not feverish looking and not red at all. I am just very worried b/c I have a large history of hematomas and staph infections and cannot remember any of them hurting like this. I'm going to TRY to sleep tonight and see what happens. Another problem is that my sweet husband came down with the REAL flu today so if I had to go back into the hospital, I don't know what we'd do with the little ones. The tx doc mentioned possible going back in and opening it up. I guess we'll see what tomorrow holds for me and Luke and the kids. God will provide as always. Please take care and again thank you so very much for your input and always very thorough med advice. Don't know what we'd do w/o you or Aubrey!!! Y'all take care and keep in touch!!! Love, Jacquelyn

Guest guest
Jacquelyn, I just cannot believe you still have the energy or mind to get on line. You help us more than we could ever help you. Your latest sounds horrible. What else? Prayers.
