On a few occassions, because of schedule issues, I've had to do cardio and weight training on the same day to get in all of my sessions for the week. Would the BLF program be less effective if I trained three days a week doing cardio and weights on the same day instead of six days of alternating weights and cardio? ~ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
