Hey any people who have completed treatement for cancer out there?

As you may recall, I am still in treatment for breast cancer...doing a little

chemo every 21 days....finished the " hardcore " treatment in July. (I had 6

months of the tough chemo, 4 surgeries, and 6 weeks daily radiation.)

Anyway, I am feeling soooooooooo tired. Today I did not want to get out of

bed. So I skipped my 6 a.m. workout and did the Lifecycle at 10 a.m.

Last night I went to bed at 7:30. I wonder if I am just not eating enough. I

never get the last meal in because I am asleep.

Here is my usual routine...please help your feed back will make a difference

5:45 Work out

7:30 breakfast...usually a protien shake made with soymilk and 2 Tbls.

flax...although the past two days I have had oatmeal with soymiilk

1 p.m. Big salad with chicken breast and ranch dressing made with cottage

cheese

3:30 snack...protien shake with soymilk

6 dinner. Salad, meat, and rice, steamed veggies.

OK...so I already see I am missing the midmorning meal. I can put that in. It

is hard on T, W, TH because I am in town carting my ds to preschool. But I can

do it an will.

Any other suggestions?
