Without knowing what raw materials (surfactants) there is no way

anyone can help you. We have to guess. There are no universal

answers. What are you surfactants are you using?

I have tried many things but Crothix works better. I tried also anothe product

which is cellulose

but it makes the soap slimy.I tried borax, salt, boiling the soap to evaporate

more water so

abandonned and used Crothix. Usage level .5% to 2% depending on desired

viscosity.

I don't think she is using any surfactant. She is just looking for a thickner.

OOh...its liquid soap...I think being thin is kind of the nature of the

beast. I assumed it was a surfactant shampoo.

Sorry

Hi Marie,

No, you are right. I don't use a surfactant. I make my shampoo with coconut

oil, olive oil, rosin along with glycerine and Turkey red.

Thanks for your replys Marie, I'll give Crothix a try again. I too have tried

salt, borax and boiling till the cows come home with no luck ;-)
