DOSAGE QUESTION FOR CATHERINE

Hi!! I purchased the K-C-(now called kideny activator) and the HY-C you

suggested. I was wondering if I take the dosage they recommend on the

bottle or if you suggest me taking less. The dosage is as follows:

K-C-4 capsules 3 X a day

HY-C-3 capsules 3 X a day

You had said we needed to go easy on my liver-so I wasnt sure.

Also I received my first flower essense-I think its already helping me-

is it possible to start helping me after only taking it two days, if so

that is great, it sure seems to have helped my mood, and I dont think

that is a coincedence.
