Guest guest
Will, From my experience it usually takes several weeks before your body will adjust to the dramtic changes and you see results. The first couple of weeks you usually experience a higher energy level, firmness and your clothes starting to be looser due to decrease body fat. Train hard and be strong! Guest guest
I wouldn't worry about a 3 lb gain in one week if you followed the program. It could just be a fluke. If you continue to gain each week, then you may need to look at your daily menu. Andy > I just finished week 3 and I've GAINED 3 lbs. BUT, I FEEL firmer and more > toned. Guest guest
LOL, but that could definitely be the case! Andy > > > > > > I just finished week 3 and I've GAINED 3 lbs. Guest guest
I'm guessing one of the things he's worried about is losing muscle with the weight. Here's some simple logic to ease your troubled soul. If you're losing weight, but still maintaining strength, you're not losing muscle. Matt _________________________________________ This sounds normal to me since he is likely dropping some fat even if his goal is to gain muscle. I think he'll gain some of the inches back later. If nothing else, he'll show more muscle definition and look more muscular losing the fat. If he continues to lose at this rate, he probably needs to eat more. Just add an extra portion of carb in 1 or 2 of his meals until he starts to gain at the rate of 0.5 to 1 lb per week.
