Guest guest
Hey guys, It's from Boston. This is my first time posting on the web to this group, from my home address instead of from work. Just wanted to reply to the " female problems " thread. I had an emergency laporotomy in 1994 after almost losing an ovary to a ruptured ovarian cyst. The cyst ruptured early in the evening and they kept me in the hospital all night deciding what to do. I was bleeding internally, and couldn't breathe well by the time they opened me up. Fortunately, they managed to save both me and my ovary, but I needed a couple of pints of blood. I was almost 21 at the time. Anyway, I've had a problem with a couple more cysts over the years, but NOTHING like that. And yes, it seems like a HUGE coincidence. in Boston - counting down to decompression surgery and, frankly, freaking out. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ eGroups.com home: /group/chiari - Simplifying group communications
