I did ten minutes today of a lower intensity workout -- Pilates that had been modified. I find Pilates harder to do than Tae-bo. Does anyone else have that problem? My husband made me a wooden step that's very heavy so I won't have to worry about tipping the thing. I haven't exercised regularly the last week so my time dropped from 18 to 10 minutes. Ugh. All that hard work, but as the kids say...My bad. It was just one of those weeks where everything seemed to be happening all at once. My pregnant daughter was lonely so I got 2 hour phone calls, some personal issues that is still going on with my best friend. And my husband's had some Dr. appointments I had to go with him to. He's had a bad blood sugar episode or two. :( He'll start sweating, get confused looking, and start trembling. Yikes. I have to work hard to get sugar into him that minute. Soooo....life happens. LOL. But things are better today, except I'm being real slow about my housework stuff. I just now finished up the dishes from dinner last night. I hate washing dishes that have been sitting all night. The mess is yuckier! Tomorrow is another day.

God does love a joke. After I told everyone that I wasn't going to journal my food intake and spelling out why....I've decided to do so. Why...because I'll have to get on a plane in two months to go see my daughter, and I want to make sure that I fit into the seats. Last time, I fit but I had to raise the arm to be comfortable. Luckily my daughter who is small was next to me so the crowding wasn't so bad. Now, tho, it's going to be a complete stranger and I cann't invade his space. (wouldn't want to, any way.) So I'm going to attempt to to lose a little before I go, and try to step up the exercise program as well. It's only a matter of a couple of inches but....it won't hurt my health or knees if I lost a few pounds, and/or tightened up more. I am going to be playing the role of "doula" with her so I need to boost my endurance as well. More Tae-bo! More Tae-bo! :)
