Guest guest
Here's my menu: M1-Eggcellent Enchiladas M2-Cottage Cheese, Yogurt mixed with low carb granola and Uncle Sam Cereal M3-Subway Chicken Wrap, double meat; I even with for the low fat chips today M4-Cottage Cheese, Yogurt mixed with Fiber One Cereal M5-BBQ Chicken Pizza M6-Pumpkin Cheesecake This menu is not really BFL since I am having extra carbs. I'm also trying to increase my fiber intake. The Low Carb Granola has 12 g fiber per 1/4 cup that I consume and Uncle Sam has 5 gm fiber per half cup. Fiber One has 14 gm fiber per half cup. If you need to increase your intake of fiber as well as carbs, these are good cereals. The Uncle Sam has flax seeds in it. The granola is kind of high in fat though at 7.5 gm per 1/4 cup. I wanted to mention that we had the Crunchy Taco Salad last night which is also quite good. Reminds me of 's Taco salads since it has chili. The Cool Taco salad is good too.
