There is a scale in the gym I work out at and I can't resist checking out my weight. I have gained two pounds since I started. Is this normal? I feel better by the day and love having a sense of purpose and folowing a plan. I am following the plan to a t (one slip up on eating yesterday ). Am I expecting to soon?
